Promotion & contributions
Before requesting an offer
Terms for free requests, promotion and voluntary support. Version 2026-11-06-v2
Prices and availability
Prices are in EUR: sponsored book strip €2.99 for 7 days or €7.99 for 30 days; sponsored podium rotation €9.99 for 7 days or €29.99 for 30 days; one of ten partner logo spaces €9.99 for 30 days; the header logo space €19.99 for 30 days. The price and duration saved with your request are shown in My orders. No recurring charge is requested.
Dates and positions depend on availability and administrator approval. The calendar period begins at the start stated in the approved offer, not when the request is submitted. Check the start, end and offer expiry before paying. An unconfirmed request is not a reservation.
What promotion includes
The sponsored podium rotates among up to 10 books, for 60 seconds per book. It is shared visibility, not fixed or exclusive display. The sponsored strip can contain up to 20 books. Logo offers cover one approved space. Display may vary with screen size and rotation. Sponsored content is separate from organic reader likes and the editorial selection.
There is no guarantee of impressions, visitors, sales, reader votes or a ranking position. Promotion does not buy votes or change authors’ royalty arrangements, ownership, publishing rights or exclusivity. Submit only books and images you are entitled to promote; proposed material and destination links are reviewed.
Voluntary contributions
One-off contributions of €3, €5 or €10, or a freely chosen amount from €2 to €1,000 within the pilot limit, support the project. They do not buy promotion, voting privileges, access, royalties or another benefit. Utopia Library does not describe these contributions as charitable donations or promise tax deductibility.
Direct support
The contribution button opens a one-time payment with the provider, without a library account or prior order. Review the recipient, final amount and currency before paying. Direct contributions are recorded by the provider and do not appear in My orders. Keep the payment reference and contact support for questions or refund requests. Returning to this site does not confirm payment or grant a benefit.
Checkout, verification and activation
An order checkout, when enabled, belongs to one private order and is hosted by the payment provider. Review the recipient, order reference, amount and currency there. Never send card numbers, IBANs or passwords to this site. Returning from checkout is not payment evidence. A recorded payment verification does not itself activate a placement; activation is a separate administrator action.
Direct book purchases and author royalty payments are outside this service. Keep the payment provider’s receipt. The order record is not a tax invoice.
Cancellation and refund requests
Use My orders or contact support with the order reference to request cancellation, report a display problem or ask for a refund. A request or a refund-pending status does not mean money has been returned. Refunds, if applicable, must be performed at the provider and subsequently recorded here. We do not state a blanket no-refund policy or override applicable statutory rights, including consumer withdrawal or other remedies where they apply.
Before live payments open
The operator’s identity, postal address, contact details, country and payment readiness must be confirmed before live checkout is enabled. Their publication is a separate explicit administrator decision. This page does not claim that business, tax or consumer-law formalities have already been completed.
